Nonspecific: Abdominal pain is very nonspecific. Also, many aches and pains are seemingly worse at bedtime because people tend to have less things to think about. Peptic ulcer disease classically is worse around 1-2am due to peak acid production around this time inpatient people. See your doctor if it is bad enough or progressive for an evaluation.
