Antibiotic ointment: Gently apply some antibiotic ointment like Bacitracin to the very front of the inside of the nose twice a day and try your best not to blow and wipe your nose excessively. If it does not get better, it is possible it is a viral cold sore (usually in the mouth but can be in the nose) and you should get a doctor to look at it.
