Nasal obstruction: Greetings. Nasal blockage that comes on suddenly (as I suspect in your case) is usually a result of allergies or possibly a virus. Recommendation would be to consider Afrin nasal spray as directed for no longer than 5 consecutive days. This should help to resolve your blockage. Saline nasal washing and an intranasal steroid will help. If this doesn't resolve this problem, then see your ENT doctor.
