Can cerebral palsy affect growth during puberty? specifically feet, penis and scrotum size?

Feet +, genitalia -: Feet can be affected if child's CP is severe enough to cause lower limb spacitity. Normally should not affect size of penis or scrotum unless cause of CP affected pituitary gland in the brain. This certainly warrants an endocrine work-up. Discuss with child's pediatrician.

C.P.: It can effect puberty itself if it involves the parts of the brain that help this along therefore yes. But delayed puberty is the most common effect.
