Sciatic nerve pain: If the pain started below your waist in the back and went all the way down your leg to your foot then it could be that you irritated your sciatic nerve. Sometimes some stretching excercises can cause this nerve irritation. If this returns seek out medical attention as other problems can cause this pain.
