Normal: After removal of the gallbladder, a small number of patient will have diarrhea, loose, or frequent bowel movements. This is due to the intestine being use to getting the gush of bile from the gallbladder rather than the trickle of bile that will now come from the liver. Most people's body adjust to this change. Recommend staying away from fatty foods as your body changes.
