No: To my knowledge, ondansetron doesn't show up as any form of any kind of drug that would be tested for on a drug screen. Even if it did, it's only used for nausea/vomiting, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Not likely: Zofran (ondansetron) isn't usually on the list of substances that are being evaluated. There are 100s if things that could be tested for, but really not a reason to look for zofran (ondansetron).
