I am having continuous fever ranging between 99-100 f i have been taking paracetamol 500mg since then but the fever still there what do i do?

Watchful waiting: With a low grade fever and no symptoms you can wait a day or two and see if symptoms develop that explain the cause. Often it is because you have a respiratory viral infection and the symptoms (runny nose, cough, sore throat) just haven't developed yet. However, if the fever gets higher or lasts > 48 hours i would see a doctor. Paracetamol doesn't cure fever, just helps with discomfort.
