Heart rate >100: Sinus rhythm is the normal mechanism for the heart to beat. If it is >100, it is tachycardic (=fast). Depends on setting / other medical issues as to if this is normal for you, but it can be, as long as is not your resting pulse rate (that would likely be fast and should be checked by a dr for presence of other medical issue).
