No "best medicine": There is no "best medicine" for liver cirrhosis besides controlling the underlying condition and symptoms that caused the cirrhosis. I would see a liver specialist to help you determine what is the best course of action is since liver disease, especially cirrhosis can lead to many complications that can be managed with certain medications.
