Yes, you can: As you know, risk of bleeding is different depending on the severity of hemophilia. But even if you have severe hemophilia, i think you can drive a truck. But whether you can carry, load and unload heavy cargos is a different story, and you need to ask the question to your hematologist. Many severe hemophilia patients already have joint problems, and judging from your question, i guess you don't.
