Who is at risk of having hemophilia?

It's genetic: True hemophilis is a genetic disease, and you either have it or you do not. The severity is widely variable -- there's even a professional prizefighter who discovered he had it. If you bruise easily or are a child with an affected relative, lab testing is easy.
