I was diagnosed as impacted bowel at the em room 3 days ago. i stopped solids, liquids, colace, (docusate sodium) @ went some still have cramps @ full feel, what can i do?

Laxatives may help: If you mean you had a stool impaction, this is usually from severe constipation. This can be due to such things as narcotics or a motility problem. In some situations reducing narcotics with some laxatives may help. If it is related to chronic laxatives, you should see a specialist to help your bowel function.
