Taking prenatals because of breastfeeding but they constipate me really bad. increased water , fiber and colace (docusate sodium) still wouldn't help. any suggestions?

Iron supplementation: Iron gets blamed frequently when constipation happens. Talk to the ob/gyn about changing to a liquid iron supplement. 1/4 cup of "blackstrap molasses" is a great source of iron and will help with constipation.
