Beards: This is often genetic in nature, or may be related in part to testosterone or other steroid levels. If you are deeply concerned about this, see an endocrinologist or a general internist or family practitioner and get evaluated.

It's you: I am going to assume that otherwise you functional as a man, with frequent erections and strong ejaculations. Given this, maybe 5% of men remain light-bearded through life. Many women strongly prefer a men like you, who tend also to have smooth chests and are unlikely to have baldness later. I'd urge you to enjoy who you are, and know that many men who have "rough shaves" are envious of you.
