Can i take tylenol (acetaminophen) and asprin together? and how many asprins should i take at once?

Be aware of risks: Too much tylenol (acetaminophen) can cause liver problems, so best not to use more than 3 or 4 daily, and not every day necessarily. Might get away with 3-4 full 325 mg aspirins daily, but watch out for gastritis and stomach bleeding. Maybe best to evaluated why you might need both otc agents together, as there could be easier approaches.
