I had my gallbladder removed 5 days ago. now all around my belly button is yellow. it was not there before and it was not bruised before. any ideas?

Likely bruise: Bruising can start out yellow and then turn into a regular bruise. Redness is generally cause for concern. I would get in touch with your surgeon.
