Yes: Women with polycystic ovaries (pco) do not ovulate regularly, but they do ovulate and can therefore conceive. While some women with pco do not ovulate at all, it is common for women with pco to ovulate three or four times each year - which means there would be three or four opportunities each year to conceive. Fertility drugs such as Clomid (clomiphene) can improve conception rates by inducing ovulation.

Yes: Some women tend to ovulate in spite of having PCOS and they can fall pregnant without any problems. On the other hand certain women with PCOS don't ovulate and these women can be given medications to help with ovulation. http://patient.info/doctor/polycystic-ovary-syndrome-pro
