The simplest way to shrink the polyps is nasal steroid but the most definite way is endoscopic resection.

Hello. Nasal polyps unfortunately rarely are cured. We can use medications like steroids however steroids have side effects if taken by mouth or as an injection. Surgical resection is often needed to establish the best means for staying ahead of polyp recurrence. Steroid dissolving implants like propel/sinuva are newer options, Xhance and biologics such as Dupixent. See your ENT for best advice.
