Get evaluation: More details about the type of fibrosis and cause would be helpful. Seeing your age i imagine it is not fibrosis as a result of cancer treatment but possibly oral submucous fibrosis? This is a debilitating condition where oral structures tighten up and cause limited mouth opening over time. If this is what you have there are not too many options. I would see a physician for a thorough evaluation.
