A member asked:

I was diagnosed with lordosis when i take my medical and physical exam for the agency. will it affect my application to work outside the country?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It should not: Lumbar lordosis is usually not an issue unless it is due to an increase in upper back forward bend or rounding known as kyphosis or due to an underlying spine issue like a spondylolisthesis or even related to a hip/pelvis problem. Exercises in general are good involving cardio routines and flexibility but core ones like yoga and pilates are great in addition.
