I have had constant sinus drainage for 18 years. taken all kinds of sinus meds and found no relief. it gets worse when i have dairy. what's the cause.

Sinus drainage: For patients that present with constant sinus problems and no medications seem to help, i usually consider imaging - looking for polyps or other sinus anatomical problems. I also like to get the input of an ENT (ear nose throat) doctor, and perhaps an allergist. Best of luck to you!

Ive had sinus issues for years, headache, congestion and drainage. Could this be causing sleep apnea? Im 34 m not over weight. Wife says I snore and Ive been waking up gasping. I also have PACs, if I did hv sleep apnea could it cause them? Thanks?
Clear sinus drainage down back of throat,fever,body aches,fatigue. Cant take Nsaids or OTC meds, What else can I do for some relief.
Xray- no bronchitis. chronic asthma, severe congest., still wheezy a lot, steroids & nebulizer, meds- little relief. runny nose, sinus drainage. ?
