What's difference in taking folate verses folic acid in a supplement?

Folate (folic acid) better form: Folate (folic acid) is the naturally-occuring form that occurs in foods, whereas Folic Acid is a synthetic form. While Folic Acid is better absorbed, our bodies need to convert it to the active form, l-5-mthf & about 1/3 of people have trouble making this conversion.
