My 3 year old daughter had been such since monday. she was vomiting all day monday and then stopped. the rest if the week she has been coughing?

Possible aspiration: The vomiting may have been the start of a viral illness, but the coughing may be part of the illness or possibly she aspirated some of the vomitus info her lungs. On that basis i would have her seen by a doctor.
