Eye exam: You are most likely just far sighted. You need a dilated eye exam to reveal your true prescription and explain your focusing difficulty at near. Computer vision syndrome is usually eye fatigue and dryness from constant sustained near work and associated decreased blinking. Cvs can be helped with frequent artificial year drops.
