Let me explain: Raynaud's phenomenon (rp) is the abrupt onset of digital (fingertips) pallor and/or cyanosis (bluish discoloration) in response to cold exposure or stress. Most often raynaud's phenomenon affects the fingers and toes. It can also affect the ears and nose. One?S fingertips turning blue or white upon exposure to cold. Check with doctor for treatment.
