Need Diagnosis: An alternative is Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) or Progesterone only pills, which have other side effects. However you best option is to see and ob/gyn and have a diagnosis. A diagnostic laparoscopy will make the diagnosis of endometriosis and help pick the correct treatment for you.
