Vitiligo?: White blotches on the trunk could be fungal infection tine versilcolor. White patches that are loss of color is called vitiligo. Other possibility is variant of eczema which is causing color change. A dermatologist can distinguish between these and other possibilities and prescribe appropriate medication.
