We need more info...: There various possibilities that may explain your symptoms. Sometimes muscle fatigue can cause this problem if you have been exercising or walking more than you usually do. There are few vitamin deficiencies, for example, vit. B12 that can cause this as well as electrolyte abnormalities. My suggestion is to get checked so someone can tale a look and order some labs for a better impression.
