I suffer from white heads on my face, please help?

Don't Pick! : You need to see a dermatologist. Don't pick, pop or scrub your face. You have "closed" comedones (whiteheads). This is not uncommon & are highly treatable. There are oral antibiotics, topical retinols & benzoyl peroxide creams available. Washing your face, then gently applying toner, followed by an aha and/or bha lotion. Do this twice daily & you should see change. Also use a sunscreen (am only).
