Unilateral headache: Migraine is often unilateral. Sometimes there is something irritating a pain sensitive structure like a sinus problem, TMJ , glaucoma, a bad tooth or vasculitis (to name a few) yo might want to have a careful exam done to exclude something amiss on the left side.
