Anxiety: Anxiety is the problem. I think that perhaps you are also anxious about becoming anxious. Take some short trips outside of the home. When you begin to think of stomach aches practice deep breathing. When we take deep slow breaths in through our nose and out our nose it becomes impossible to maintain anxiety. When anxiety returns begin the breathing technique again.
