Yes: Pregnancy in some women is like the "flu". It is often a tip of that one is pregnant, especially young and first time pregnancies. However, never say never. You could have other illnesses with your pregnancy. If you have fever or other worrisome symptoms, you should call and discuss with your pcp/obstetrician or be seen.
