Get a General Surgeo: Get a. Insult with a general surgeon to be examined. In doubt they may order a ct scan which sometimes confirms the diagnosis.

See a Hernia Surgeon: As a hernia surgeon, i can tell you this happens more often than you would think. One common error is to confuse a hernia with a pulled groin muscle. Another confounding factor is that hernias can be evident some days and very subtle on others. In general, no bulge, no hernia.

Testing: Get a better answer. An ultrasound of the area of concern can confirm a hernia.
