Hernia: Groin hernias care common in men. Has he had the hernia examined? What is it that makes you say the hernia is bad? Painful? Large? It is rare to have an emergency from a hernia such as strangulated hernia, but rare things can happen especially if hernia is large. Find a clinic or doctor where he can have an examination. If bad pain go to an er where he can be evaluated.
