No: Radiation and radioactive iodine from nuclear plant melt downs are associated with increase in thyroid cancer, throat is hpv and alcohol and smoking, many beliee in the healing and restorative powers of green teas, but herbal covers a lot of territory. Certainly, no credible evidence that it is a carcinogen or promoter.
