What did your OB say: U should ask your OB as your OB may have specific ones he or she rec, i rec to my pts otc zantac (ranitidine) 75 mg can use 2x per day if necessary if it gets a lot worse or sometimes u need other script meds and a wokup but that usually does not happen.

Good food: The easiest way to improve digestion is by completely stopping grains, lentils, potatoes based items. Also avoid milk protein (milk, yogurt, cheese) since it causes indigestion. Healthy food items such as eggs, fish, chicken, meats, vegetables, some saturated fat (butter, ghee, coconut oil), olive oil are very effective. Take a probiotic daily. All these is nourishing for the growing fetus too.
