No: An endometrial ablation "mechanically removes" the lining of the uterus (endometrium), but the ovaries which produce the hormones are untouched by this procedure. Your weight is not related to your ablation.

Won't affect weight: Endometrial ablation will not affect your weight. It also does not affect your hormones.
