I have had my ovaries and tubes removed about 2 months ago along with endometrial abalation done . since then i have started bloating , gaining , skin breakouts and many more is it true that my body is not producing oestrogen?

Very little: With both overdoes removed you are producing little to no estrogen only from adipose tissue now
