Yes...once TRT stops: Rx testosterone {exogenous} will cause a feedback inhibition of spermatogenesis and possible "shrinkage" of the testes. You have 4 options: 1) discontinue testosterone replacement therapy and the testicles will go back to baseline 2) continue with trt 3) use HCG as trt 4) continue trt with low dose HCG supplementation - off label http://jcem.Endojournals.Org/content/90/5/2595.Full.
