Need 2 see urologist: Could be UTI if of sudden onset, pelvic floor trauma if after childbirth, anatomic or neurologic if present from birth or at least for long time. Urologist needs detailed medical history, physical examination followed by urodynamic testing & possible cystoscopy to diagnose cause/s before recommending treatment. This could be with medication, surgery or combination. Good luck.
