Urinary incontinence: 72F of unknown ethnicity and medical history is noted to not be able to control urine- leaks out. 51 M asks what could be the reason? Too many to count without more history and an examination. She needs a careful evaluation by a GP and possibly a urologist.Most likely related to uterine prolapse or pressure on bladder from fibroids or diabetes or bladder infection or side effect of medications.
