See a dentist: I suggest that you see a dentist to see what's going on and what dental treatment you need. There are many causes of “black” teeth. It's impossible to know why they are black without actually seeing them. When was your last dental check-up and cleaning? Most adults should be seen by a dentist every 6 months.

Lots of things...: I would like to just give you a solution, but i can't without seeing your teeth. There are many possible causes for tooth staining. While some are permanent, some can be corrected in a single visit to the dentist. In order to determine your options and choose the best course of action, you need to consult with a professional.

See a dentist!: It may be stain or it may be decay. If it is decay, it may lead to infection and pain. Please see a dentist to determine a diagnosis.
