Pimples Black Heads: Whatever you do, do not pick on them. The very best therapy is to check with your doctor. Your doc has a plethora of excellent medicines that are very effective to prevent and cure pimples and black heads (dark spots). Avoiding food, or eating certain foods, applying over the counter potions, lotions, or liniments, are not effective treatments.
