Many: Yes, there are many viruses that cause the "stomach flu", or gastroenteritis. I adults, that may cause fever, vomiting or diarrhea, and sometimes just nausea and stomach cramps. Nothing much to do, except drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated and it should resolve in a few days.
