Stuck: Something may be stuck or you may have an abrasion or lesion...I suggest that you go see your family doc and have it checked-out.

Infection?: Sharp throat pain, i think infection first. Are you having any fevers? If yes, possibility goes up more. Hopefully someone can look inside for you feel better!
