I can feel what I believe is my descending colon when I palpate my LLQ. Feels painful when full/fecal. No diarrhea or bloody stool. Possible cause?
Went to the ER with a lot of blood in my diarrhea. They did a CT scan w/ contrast. There is mild diffuse wall thickening of the descending colon and parts of the sigmoid colon. Also noted was a umbilical hernia 1.3cm. what could cause the blood ?
32 y/o white male. Have issues pushing out stool. Alternates between normal size/thin. Can have bouts of diarrhea then back to being constipated. Pain in inner right hip when leaning to the left. No blood. Mother diag. stage4 colon cancer in mid-40s?
