Ask expert: It is somewhat risky and may have effects on pregnancy. Other than that, you need to discuss this in detail with your transplant dr / whomever is monitoring your meds, and your gyn (possible future ob). You need to make an educated decision as to the risks to the pregnancy and to yourself, so need to hear from the experts.

It should be ok: There are risks to childbirth after transplant. At 3 years it is an appropriate time. Get in touch with your transplant center and work with an OB that they work with and who is comfortable with transplant patients. I normally adjust some of my patients immunosuppression but it is not stopped. Many women before you have done this. It is safe.
