Absolutely fine: We forget that a significant portion of the world are vegans. A vegan diet is absolutely fine even though many american physicians who are unfamiliar with it may not be so sure. Make sure you incorporate quinoa, tofu, beans of all kinds, gluten-protein, etc into your diet.
