Yes but why: There is no danger associated with eating fruit or taking a fruit supplement. Why take it though? There is no scientific evidence that this would be helpful or productive. Generally avoid supplements other than a prenatal vitamin during pregnancy.

Papaya: I agree with Dr. Livingston when asks why one would need this supplement. Unripe vs ripened papaya. The latex in unripe papaya contains papain which could potentially stimulate uterine contractions (like Prostagandins).
